Welcome to Hudson Retina. Our office specializes in the treatment of medical and surgical diseases of the retina and vitreous. The eye is like a camera where the retina is the “film” in the back of the eye which actually records what we see. The vitreous is the clear, gel-like substance that fills the eye. Problems of the retina or vitreous may result in visual loss. However, with recent advances in laser intraocular surgery, and new medications, there is hope that such problems may have a solution.
